We want you to be happy with your AURA Jewelry purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging and tags
  • Free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings — final sale once the sealed package is opened, for hygiene reasons. If you notice damage while the package is still sealed, contact us immediately with photos.
  • Personalized or custom-engraved jewelry — non-returnable unless the item is defective
  • Items purchased during a final sale promotion (if specified at time of purchase)
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

  1. Email aurateam.shop@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We’ll send you return shipping instructions
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship using a trackable method and keep your receipt

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: AURA Jewelry covers return shipping
  • Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at aurateam.shop@gmail.com immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

To exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, email us at aurateam.shop@gmail.com and we’ll guide you through the process.
