30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Jewelry must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and certificates must be included
  • Item must not show signs of wear or damage
  • Personalized or custom-engraved items cannot be returned unless defective

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at aurateam.shop@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with return shipping instructions
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping costs
  • Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at aurateam.shop@gmail.com. We will guide you through the exchange process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at aurateam.shop@gmail.com with photos of the damage before opening the package. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once the package has been opened:

  • Earrings: Due to hygiene and safety standards, earrings are final sale once the sealed package is opened. Please inspect the package carefully before opening. If you notice any damage or defects while the package is still sealed, contact us immediately at aurateam.shop@gmail.com with photos
  • Personalized or custom-engraved jewelry (unless defective and reported before opening)
  • Items purchased during final sale promotions (if specified)
  • Gift cards
